With over a decade of experience, Michelle Moor’s practice is devoted entirely to working with families to ensure that students in Massachusetts receive the educational services to which they are entitled.
Attorney Moor is a graduate of Vassar College and Northeastern University School of Law. Before opening this practice, she served as a Peace Corps volunteer in West Africa, worked as a litigation associate for a large international law firm, and practiced for several years in the disability and special education law group at Kotin, Crabtree & Strong, LLP in Boston. She has been named as a Rising Star among attorneys in Massachusetts by Super Lawyers.
Daniel S. Perlman

Daniel Perlman has more than a decade of experience helping families who have children with special needs. He previously served as the case law attorney for Massachusetts Advocates for Children (MAC), one of the first educational advocacy organizations for children in the nation. Since then, he has represented and counseled families of children with special needs from across the state.
Attorney Perlman is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and the University of Massachusetts, where he graduated magna cum laude. He has been named as a Rising Star among attorneys in Massachusetts by Super Lawyers.
Sherry Rajaniemi-Gregg

Sherry Rajaniemi-Gregg has more than a decade of experience in special education law on behalf of parents and their children, including vast litigation experience in state and federal courts with federal civil rights violations committed by public school districts as a result of students’ abuse by school personnel or peers, including bullying, harassment, or hazing.
Attorney Gregg possesses extensive experience in special education law, having practiced for many years in the Special Education & Disability Rights Law group at Kotin, Crabtree & Strong, LLP in Boston. She initially trained as a child and family therapist, and is a graduate of Boston University School of Law. She has been named as a Rising Star among attorneys in Massachusetts by Super Lawyers.
Christina (Tina) Fitanides

Tina Fitanides has more than a decade of experience helping families who have children with special needs. She counsels and represents parents as they navigate the special education process with the goal of ensuring students receive appropriate services and support.
Before joining Moor, Perlman, and Gregg, Tina worked in private practice as a parent consultant assisting families through all aspects of advocating for their children’s special education needs. For nearly a decade prior to that Tina served as a Policy Analyst/Staff Attorney with Massachusetts Advocates for Children’s Disability Education Justice Initiative and Autism Center. Tina has also served as a Staff Attorney at the Legal Assistance Corporation of Central MA (now Community Legal Aid) where she worked on family/elder law issues.
Steven Kreager
Associate
Steven Kreager represents families at every stage of special education disputes. Attorney Kreager is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and Boston College, where he graduated cum laude.
Attorney Kreager began his legal career as a Suffolk County Assistant District Attorney (ADA) in the West Roxbury Division of the Boston Municipal Court. As an ADA, he represented the Commonwealth at all stages of criminal prosecution, and he assisted victims, witnesses, and community members as they dealt with trauma, tried to heal, and sought justice.
